1. Scope of application

BZD-25ZA2 semi-automatic packaging scale is a high-speed quantitative measurement equipment used for granular materials with good fluidity and can achieve better feeding control. Suitable for measurement of production raw materials in grain processing, chemical enterprises, grain depots, ports, etc.

2. Features

(1) Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the problems of stress point deviation and signal distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper.

(2) The color touch screen makes the operation interface more intuitive and user-friendly. The functions are simple to operate, which reduces the chance of incorrect operation. The operator can be used by a wider range of people, so that you no longer have to worry about choosing workers.

(3) It is equipped with a manual control mode, which can manually control the material discharging and bag loosening mechanisms to facilitate the cleaning of caked and blocked materials.

(4) Adopt internationally advanced high-precision weighing sensors and quantitative controllers. The controller uses a high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 240 times/second, an input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d, and high measurement accuracy and good stability.

(5) It has automatic gap correction function and over-tolerance alarm function.

(6) The operation is simple and requires only one person to operate. The operator only needs to bag and touch the bag clamping switch, and the actions such as feeding, filling and sealing are all completed automatically.

Ø The bag material is a woven bag (double-sided film), and the mouth of the bag is a cold-cut packaging bag.

Ø Sewing machine thread: 3×3 strands of strong vinylon or polyester tower thread.

4. Bag requirements

(1) Bag size range

①　Hand bag with buckle

Effective size (mm): length: 460-560; width: 240-280; M side: 30-55.

Limit size (mm): length: 525-625; width: 240-280; M side: 30-55.

②　Invisible buckle and no buckle packaging bags

Effective size (mm): length: 470-750; width: 240-380; M side: 30-55.

Limit size (mm): length: 490-770; width: 240-380; M side: 30-55.

③　One side packaging bag

Effective size (mm): length: 470-750; width: 240-450.

Limit size (mm): length: 490-770; width: 240-450. 

 

(2) Matters needing attention

①　Requirements for woven bag packaging: flat, no corners or bends are allowed.

②　For woven bags with hand buckles, the position of the buckles must meet the following requirements: the distance between the lower opening line of the buckle and the bag opening is between 43mm and 45mm, the width of the buckle is 70mm ± 2mm, and the length of the buckle is 17mm ± 1mm.

③　The above bag sizes are recommended sizes. The specific size needs to be sampled and trial-produced according to the local rice. After confirmation, mass production can be carried out.

④　The invisible buckle needs to have five connections that are not cut off (see the figure above), otherwise there will be a risk of leakage.

⑤　The minimum width of the bag allowed by the equipment is 240mm, and the maximum size allowed is 450mm. The minimum effective length is 460mm.
