1. Features

(1) The packaging machine is a fully automatic packaging unit that integrates double-sided vacuum and plastic bag packaging.

(3) Remark

①　The bag material is plastic bag, PE composite film bag, anti-leakage, anti-breakage.  Lay flat in the carton, no ropes are allowed, no bending or discounting is allowed, static electricity is not allowed in plastic packaging bags, and sticking chains are not allowed in plastic bags. Irregular positions and shapes are not allowed for plastic packaging clasps.

②　The two corners of the bag opening need to be sealed in advance, otherwise they will be crushed. The thickness of one side is 0.15mm, the allowable deviation of the effective loading size is ±1mm, the allowable deviation of the outer size of the packaging bag is ±1mm, and the edge sealing size is 10mm on one side.

③　Due to the differences in bulk density of different materials, the above packaging bag sizes are reference sizes calculated based on the different bulk densities of polished japonica rice (bulk density 0.92kg/L) and indica rice (bulk density 0.9kg/L). If you use rice or other materials with different bulk densities, please inform us in time and the packaging bag size will be adjusted.

④　Due to the different types of rice in different places, the rice bricks after forming will be different. It is necessary to make a trial according to the drawing and confirm that it is correct before mass production.

⑤　Due to the error of bag size and the material density also varies with different varieties, the actual rice bag size will have errors. Please refer to the actual size.
