1. Features
QZB-1000S fully automatic six-sided vacuum packing machine is a fully automatic packaging equipment for rice with manual bag placement, automatic bag supply, automatic bag feeding, automatic vacuum heat sealing. It can achieve (0.5~5) kg six-sided vacuum packaging..
(1) After the equipment manually places bags, it can automatically complete the filling and sealing process, and the operation is convenient and simple. The equipment has the function of automatic adjustment to achieve system parameter recipe storage.
(2) It adopts touch screen and PLC programmable centralized control system, and the transmission uses servo control, with a high degree of automation. Quickly changing specifications, it can automatically and quickly change product packaging specifications to meet the needs of flexible production.
(3) The equipment has a fault self-test prompt function, and faults can be quickly eliminated according to the fault prompts. Maintenance is simple and convenient.
(4) The equipment adopts a closed structure design and has a safety interlocking device.
(5) The packaging scale adopts a separate cylinder to drive feeding and a three-sensor weighing structure.
(6) The weighing components are all in a closed working room to reduce corrosion and wear of components.

2. Equipment components
The QZB-700S fully automatic six-sided pillow shape vacuum packing machine is composed of a bag supply and delivery machine, an automatic packaging scale, a feeding component, a vacuum shaping component, and a bag taking and reversing mechanism.
(1) Bag supply and delivery machine
Manual bag placement, automatic bag supply, automatic bag delivery, different packaging types, automatic switching with one click, no manual adjustment required. After manually placing the bags into the bag warehouse, the equipment automatically sends the bags to the bag taking station, and then the bag taking module grabs the bags and sends them to the shaping and bag transfer station. The bag opening component opens the bag and then sends it into feeding component.
(2) Automatic packaging scale
The latest and most advanced weighing calculation method adopts a three-sensor structure. The weighing cylinder has a balanced layout and reasonable stress, which increases the service life of the equipment and is not affected by the vibration of workshop machines. It has high stability and anti-interference ability.
(3) Feeding component
The Feeding component consists of two sets of storage barrel mechanisms. The bag delivery mechanism inserts the bag into the guide barrel and clamps it fixedly. After receiving the signal, the material is put into the storage barrel and is introduced into the fixed mold according to the equipment signal.
(4) Vacuum shaping component
After the bag and rice are put into the mold by the guide tube, the vacuum component moves below the discharge component, and the vacuum component moves down into the sealing chamber for vacuuming and sealing.
(5) Bag taking and reversing mechanism
The vacuum component completes the vacuum heat sealing of the package and puts it into the package taking position. The package taking mechanism takes the package out of the vacuum shaping mechanism and sends it to the packaging reversing mechanism station. The entire process is completed automatically.

①(1) Due to the differences in bulk density of different materials, the above standard packaging bag sizes are reference sizes calculated based on the different bulk densities of polished japonica rice (bulk density 0.92kg/L) and indica rice (bulk density 0.9kg/L). If you use rice or other materials with different bulk densities, please inform us in time and the packaging bag size will be adjusted.
②Due to the difference in the size of rice bricks with different bulk densities, if secondary bagging or boxing is required, please adjust the size of the outer bag and carton according to the different bulk densities. It is recommended to add 5mm~10mm to the reference height of the rice brick. For example, if the height of the rice brick is 174mm, the recommended height of the carton is 184mm.
③The actual width and thickness of the bag are required to have a negative tolerance, which is generally -2mm (that is, 2mm smaller than the specification size. For example, if the specification is 80mm, the actual size is required to be 78mm~80mm).
④Due to the bag size error, the material density is also different, and the actual final rice package size will be different. Please refer to the actual size.
