Focusing on the automation of packing machine in the domestic and international agricultural product processing industry, our company is a pioneer in unmanned packaging in the domestic rice processing industry. Anticipating the end of the demographic dividend era in China, Yongcheng(Ewinall) focuses on innovation in electromechanical integration technology, dedicated to providing comprehensive packaging automation solutions. It successfully completed the design, production, installation, and service of the first fully automated rice packaging line in China, driving the entire grain processing industry towards automation and intelligence.
Yongcheng(Ewinall) has a team of talents with years of experience in technology research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service, with nearly 400 employees. The main products include: 1) QZB fully automatic packing machine; 2) DCS series manual packing machine; 3) Secondary packing machines; 4) Robot palletizing & conveyor lines; 5) Vacuum packing machines; 6) Grain processing measurement control systems and packaging conveyor systems. These products are widely used in automated production lines for various granular or powdered materials such as rice, feed, soybean meal, flour, grains, seeds, and corn.
With the design and use of hundreds of fully automatic packing lines by nearly ten thousand end customers, the company has accumulated rich industry experience. Covering an area of 92.13 acres, with a total construction area of 70,445m², the first phase of the project covering 14,544m² was successfully completed in August 2019, dedicated to undertaking functions such as manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service for Yongcheng(Ewinall).
